If GAGA can cook, so can you!!!
Never, never born to be a cook, I always find myself happily fulfilling the role of mummy's little girl, a satisfied and grateful guest of my friends' dinner parties, an aspiring food critic. Excuse me, by no means does it disqualify me to be the Kaffeehaus keeper. Today I was quite inspired to amuse myself by spawning some simple plat. I had a salade for le déjeuner. After work (and shopping!), I put on some Jazz in the apartment, and knocked off some easy spaghetti bolognese. I have probably a little carried away with my basil leaves - I ADORE herbs - and basil and tomatoes are meant for each other. The basil leaves were hand-picked by myself from live plant in the kitchen - how much fresher can you ask for? As you can see, these are really no-brainer dishes, totally unpretentious (ah-hem, that's all you can squeeze out of me, sorry!), and I bet anyone who's sitting in my Kaffeehaus right now can do just as well (if not better). But I just have to put a blah up here, to say, "mum and dad, aren't you proud?"- from the daughter who NEVER EVER cared to go near the kitchen.
PS. the musique d'ambiance gave me unimaginable euphoria whilst chopping and washing and frying away, and it needs to be JAZZ, the jazz you are passionate about, the jazz you can dance to, the jazz you can make love with, the jazz that flies you to the moon even when you are doing something you've always hated to do.

lui G, I am so impressed of the dishes are in professional displayed, surprisingly you have the interest, successfully achieved the techniques in cook as well as the skill of photography. Definitely the photos are taken by you before served. So.. doubtingly are those photos without the dates all were taken by you, not downloaded from somewhere?
